“When we saw that our banking customers were closing lobbies to customer traffic, but staying open to provide essential drive-up banking, we knew we could help,” said Director of Content Strategy, Sharon Klocek-Ibbotson. “So we created employee-focused messages, thanking staff for their dedication, helping them de-stress, stay safe, and get updates from their local Governor’s Office via Twitter.”
