Univest Bank and Trust Company’s new financial center prototype is a technological marvel and they’re not afraid to put digital messaging front and center.
Everyone entering the Newtown financial center is greeted by a huge video wall that also brands the space 24/7 with its great outward visibility. K&D ganged three vertical thin bezel screens into one seamless dynamic display that has instantly become a signature element for Univest’s new financial centers going forward.
But the video wall is not the only way K&D displays digital messaging. An interactive touch screen kiosk is the next stop on the journey through the financial center. Here, customers can receive product demonstrations, take financial fitness quizzes, put financial calculators through their paces and even schedule future appointments with financial center associates.
The connected digital messaging doesn’t stop at the kiosk. Over at the tech bar, secure tablets are loaded and ready to demonstrate the Bank’s proprietary Univest App.
Digital messaging should be seamless no matter what the device. K&D provides and manages the content across all screens for a consistent user experience.
